What sets Planable apart is simple data: a post, a status, comments and a review link a client can open without an account. An agent builds that and a calendar in a day. The weekend goes on publishing: every network wants its own developer app, and Postiz's README warns that Meta, YouTube and TikTok approvals can take weeks. Without that leg you'd have a review tool whose posts you still paste into each network by hand, which is fine for Bluesky and Mastodon and not for Instagram.
Before you buildPlanable's first 50 posts are free with no time limit and no card, so run one real client approval round there before deciding to build.
Build me a post review and scheduling tool for one small team to replace Planable. Requirements: - Node.js 22 + TypeScript: Fastify with server-rendered pages (Eta) and a little vanilla JS. `npm start` serves http://localhost:5050: team side at /admin, reviewer pages at /r/<token>. - Storage: better-sqlite3 in ./data/posts.db: workspaces (one per client or brand), channels (network, handle, token encrypted with AES-256-GCM using TOKEN_KEY from .env), posts (text per channel, media paths, scheduled_at in UTC, status draft / in review / changes requested / approved / scheduled / sending / sent / failed), comments, review links (random 32-byte token stored hashed, workspace, expiry, revoked flag) and an audit log. Media goes to ./data/media/. - Review: a link opens a read-only calendar and, for each post, a preview of text and images in an approximation of the target network. The reviewer types a name, comments, and clicks Approve or Request changes. No account. Rate-limit with `@fastify/rate-limit` and escape every comment wherever it is shown. - Approval rule per workspace: none, optional or required. When required, a post can't be scheduled until one reviewer approves; any later edit puts it back in review and shows a diff. - Calendar: week and month views per workspace, status colours, drag a post to another day, times in the timezone from .env (`luxon`). - Publishing: one adapter interface, publish(post, channel) returning the post URL, with two adapters: Bluesky (`@atproto/api`, app password) and Mastodon (`masto`, access token). A worker checks every 30 seconds, sets sending before the API call, retries three times and never posts twice; failures show in the admin. - Email through nodemailer SMTP from .env: a digest to reviewers when posts wait for them, and a note to the team on approval or requested changes. - Single team, one admin password in .env. No accounts, no telemetry, local-first; outbound calls are the two networks and SMTP only. - Out of scope: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and X (each needs its own reviewed developer app), analytics, a social inbox, multi-level approvals, SSO. - README: getting a Bluesky app password and a Mastodon token, exposing /r/ through a tunnel or VPS, backups, and a warning that every extra network means a developer app and its review.
Opens your agent with the prompt filled in, you press enter. Or copy it and paste it into an empty folder.
The first prompt builds the core. Run these one at a time in the same folder to grow it into your own Planable.
Add a LinkedIn adapter to the review and scheduling tool in this folder. Requirements: - OAuth 2 against your own LinkedIn developer app with the w_member_social scope, for a personal profile; callback at /admin/oauth/linkedin, tokens encrypted like the others. - Text posts with up to 4 images through the Posts and Images APIs; a 3,000-character counter in the composer. - Refresh-token handling, and a banner in the admin when a token has expired. - Same retry and never-post-twice rules as the Bluesky adapter. - Update the README with the developer-app steps and the redirect URI.
Add multi-step approvals to the review and scheduling tool in this folder. Requirements: - Per workspace, an ordered list of steps (name, reviewers by email); a post moves to the next step only after one reviewer of the current step approves. - Each step has its own review link; a later step can't see a post that is still on an earlier one. - Request changes at any step returns the post to draft with the comment attached. - Show the current step on the calendar and in the digest emails. - Update the README.
Add exports to the review and scheduling tool in this folder. Requirements: - A CSV of the posts in a date range for one workspace: date, channel, text, status, media file names, post URL and the approver's name. - A PDF calendar for the month through Playwright, with one card per post and its status. - Both are generated from the admin and also offered on the reviewer page for approved posts. - Update the README.
Agencies and in-house teams pay to stop chasing feedback across email, chat and screenshots: everyone comments on a preview that looks like the final post, and approval is one click. Unlimited users inside a workspace also keeps clients and freelancers off seat costs.
Estimate · A free tunnel or a $5 VPS and an SMTP free tier cover a small team. Bluesky and Mastodon posting costs nothing. The build is token usage on your agent plan.

Kinda. The core is a weekend build with the prompt on this page, but real gaps remain: Publishing to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and Threads through apps Planable has already had approved, Multi-level approvals and SSO on the Enterprise plan.
About $39 a month on the Basic plan, $468 a year (checked 2026-10-19).
Publishing to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and Threads through apps Planable has already had approved; Multi-level approvals and SSO on the Enterprise plan; The analytics, social inbox and social listening add-ons; Feed, grid and list views with previews shaped like each network; A public API and an MCP connector for other tools. If any of those matter to you, keep paying.
